no show title and icon in Crome(Mac, Win, android) browser

Thank you for quick response every time.As I mentioned in e-mail but I would like to share my CHROME browser issue.
I can not see any icon picture and Title of news when I use chrome browser. Same issue happen even Chrome with Mac, Windows also android chrome too.
I tried several time with another server and different situation. But same problem is happened. I guess some people are getting same problem in chrome browser.
