too much space between rows

Hi again, I have some spaces between my rows that I would like to shorten or bring closer. I’m modeling my page according to this page: *Login to see link
The distances between my page breaks are way too far. I’m wondering if there is a CSS I could use to close the gaps. I tried changing the padding values in the row styles options on the page but this isn’t work. Please help?
