Toolkit Error

Hi Kadence Themes,
My name is Aaron. I am a big fan of the way your theme looks and have bought both the virtue and pinnacle premium themes. I have not until now run into anything that has held me back from lightning speed web development with your layout.
My problem is the following:
When trying to install toolkit I receive this message//
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in /home4/wabwza0aa5ha/public_html/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/general_shortcodes.php:33) in /home4/wabwza0aa5ha/public_html/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 20
What would cause this sort of error and it there a workaround? I have searched the forums and have not found one with this text. Could it just be interacting poorly with some of my other plugins?
