Top Menu Items Centered & Menu Height

Hi
I’m creating a website at http://www.flexible-wall-systems.com and in my top menu some items are a single line and some (due to length) are two lines. How can I centralise the single line menu items in height, relative to the double line items, and increase the background coloured block to be the same height as the double line menu items?
Help appreciated.
