Top of images are getting cut off

Hi. Thanks for for viewing my post and for any help you can provide me.

For some reason when I upload photos the top of the images get cut off. This happens in thumbnails or any other photo types.

I have to crop/cut bottom off images to have top lowered/brought down.

Is there anyway I can set images so they will automatically stay centered?

I hope I explained myself properly.
