Topbar mobile hamburger menu

Hi guys,
Thank you for the always amazing support.
I’m using a topbar hamburger menu for mobile. I have icons displayed in the topbar, I am using custom CSS to enlarge these icons. The issue is that the mobile hamburger menu button appears very small next to these icons so I would like to enlarge the button:
1. Is there custom CSS I can use to enlarge the button for the topbar mobile hamburger menu button?
2. How would I display the secondary navigation for tablets but not the topbar mobile hamburger menu button?
