Topbar not showing/logo

Hi,
since yesterady my topbar is suddenly not showing anyore even though it is set in the theme options and I have also set an image background for it…
could you tell me what is going on there? Also, you kindly gave me this code in order for my logo to be right at the topbar:

#topbar {
z-index: 1000;
position: relative;
}

This worked when the header was not sticky, but when I enable the standard sticky header it messes with the opacity when scrolling. Is there a way to have both, the logo aligned properly and the sticky header? I know it had something to do with the code above because there are no problems when I take it out.
