topbar text color + slider options

hope it’s alright to ask two topics into one post.
about the topbar text color I am wondering how can I change all the colors to black (not the background)
e.g. Synergy As you can see if the background of the topbar is in lighter color it’s really hard to see. Is there a way to change all the social media, search icon and it’s placeholder to black?
Tried to go through theme options and don’t seem to see anything like that or I’m missing the obvious again.
About slider options, I know there are lots different sliders when I go into slider settings but in my plugin and the left side of wp dashboard, I only see kandance, cyclone and revolution sliders. But in the option there’s flex slider and few others. Where do I find those sliders or it’s just the options are there and I need to install the plugins.
