Topbar Your Cart Icon move to Right – On Mobile

Hi Guys,
Hannah and Brad helped me with a part of this issue before (#93874). Now on the Mobile the cart icon & amount isn’t “responsive.” It does not automatically shift to the top right when the screen is changed to landscape, it says in the middle. Also on my iPad it stays in the middle. Is there a way to make it automatically move to the top right regardless of the device or desktop?
Secondly on Mobile:
1. My footer information I would like to be centered, menu and copyright info.
2. In footer I would like the font to be white and slightly larger
