transparent header stopped working with logo upload

I uploaded a logo into Logo Options today, before I uploaded it to Site Header > Transparent Header no updates needed, none done today. I can’t get the “Trans Until Scrolled” working on Home or any other page.
I am stumped. It’s worth noting that when I refresh the page, the menu flashes the font color of the transparent header, but it then returns to the “Until Scrolled” state.
I don’t think I’m missing something, is there anything I can do?
