Trubles about fatal error and can't acces to wp-admin and site due by error

I recently installed Virtue premieum theme, I did a few things and I was fine a projecte test site … when ever it makes me heavy refresh test site and admin.

So now I have tried sevaral times reloading/refreshing and I can’t see the site and access to the site Admin Login and can’t work on the site/admin.

The error message:
