Typography options missing

Hi …
I have access to the premium version of the Virtue theme, however I can only see the following options for the typography theme options:
– Header Font Options … H1 to H5
– Body Font Options … Body Font

How do I access the other Typography options listed in the documentation:

Also, is there access to change the footer font size?
