Unable to activate Child Theme – Says Virtue Theme Broken

Hi,
I have installed Virtue Premium on my new website, http://www.cherishedphotokeepsakes.com
I am unable in install a child theme. Every plugin that creates child themes says that the Virtue Theme is broken.
One also gave me this message:
Do Not Activate “Virtue – Premium”! A PHP FATAL ERROR has been detected.

Please contact this Theme’s author and report the items inside the box above. You may or may not be able to use this Theme as a Child Theme while these conditions exist.
It is possible that this theme has specific requirements to work correctly as a child theme. Please make sure you are using the latest version of this theme and check your theme’s documentation for more information.
This is very strange as I created a child theme using the same plugin on my http://www.simplyitalydesigns.com website and it works fine.
