Unable to see Featured Image on Blog page

Hi,
I’ve recently noticed that when I add a feature image to a blog post, it doesn’t seem to get displayed on my blog page, however, it does get displayed as expected on my Home page (when I have the Latest Blog posts option enabled).
Since I’ve done this for other sample blogs in the past this problem seems to have occurred over the last month or two, I believe with one of the updates.
Any ideas of how to resolve this?
