Unable to update virtue theme

Clarification regarding email below: I meant to type “0 activations” below – not downloads
Hello, I am trying to update a site using the virtue theme. It was created last year and I paid for support. Since I am not able to update the site I paid for support again today. This did not correct the problem and in addition, even though I received an email acknowledgement of the update – API License Key Order # – my Kadence account info now shows two license keys with 0 downloads available. I do not need to download the theme again – I just simply need to change color in advanced styling settings, add and move content, etc.
I need to complete the updates to this site asap today – please let me know how to proceed – thank you. [email protected]
