Update API License Key ~ Virtue_Premium Site Issues

Our site: *Login to see link has large gaps between the Front-Page’s pictures and text. It started June 10th after the update to V_P [3.6.9](?) and is still like that.
Today June 11th, I noticed another Virtue_Premium update [3.7.0] and did the dubious deed of clicking on the update…! And, now there’s a RED WARNING on all back-end pages that reads: “The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.”
I never de-activated the API License Key, so it must be something to do with the 3.7.0 update. I’m not able to get rid of the WARNING [IN RED TEXT] and have deactivated and reactivated the V_P theme to no avail. I use a child theme and I’m not sure if it’s the problem(?)
Please advise on what’s going on. Thanks!
