Update to 1.8 wiped theme and can't login

Hi there,
Using pinnacle on *Login to see link
It is also using a plugin wp-client
We loaded settings and theme from *Login to see link using jason file.
Just done update to 1.8 and as you can see has wiped the theme and now I can’t even login or reset password?
Tried to back up restore but not restoring in full?
