Update to Revolution 5.0.0 Broken

After updating to lastest version of Virtue Premium, did the request update to Revolution Slider 5.0.0
It broke the slider. Does not display at all.
When look at the page (using PageBuilder), it says that the the RevSlide widget is missing.
The message is: The widget RevSlider_Widget is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin.
I deleted the missing widget on the page, did add widget (found the RevSlide widget in list), pointed it to my slide.
Now entire page does not display. Before, on the slider was missing. The text session do not even display.
Any ideas?
