Updated to Pinnacle 1.4.7 and Menu broke

Went to staging at my host, prior to making changes, its a test area, stage a copy of the production site, make changes and test, once happy, move to production.
Prior to doing the testing I was going to do, I updated Pinnacle from 1.4.5 to 1.4.7. (Using WP 4.3) – now the top menu, is all messed up. Not white but dark blue (probably one of our primary site color settings), regardless, it is not function correctly. This is the only change we made.
