Updating outdated templates and WC page issues

Site was working fine but now customers cannot place orders. Two error messages appearing.
1) Virtue Premium contains outdated copies of someWooCommerce template files.
2) My WC Cart Page does not contain the shortcode: [woocommerce_cart]
My WC Checkout Page does not contain the shortcode: [woocommerce_checkout]
