Updating WooCommerce template files

In the WooCommerce section I see this notice:
Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
From System Preferences Page
WC pages
Shop base: #37 – /shop/
Cart: Page does not contain the shortcode.
Checkout: Page does not contain the shortcode.
My account: #40 – /my-account/
Terms and conditions: Page not set
QUESTION:
Do I need to add the shortcode? If so, how? I’ll need step by step. Really. I don’t know how to even get to the code.
