Upgrade Error

Just bought the “Virtue Premium Theme” v2_8_2 yesterday, and been looking forward to the new functions, but…
in my /wp-admin i just got this news: and a lot of my functions do
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 54525952 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3840 bytes) in /mounted-storage/home147/sub025/sc85463-GLJT/nordbyens.dk/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 225
Almost all of the theme menu parts gives error fx the “Main Setings” – the browser post this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 54525952 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /mounted-storage/home147/sub025/sc85463-GLJT/nordbyens.dk/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 527
The errors first arrived after upgrading, no problems before/
