url changing to different page

I have virtue premium and have just updated both the theme and to WP4.3 and now when I put in different page extensions on the urls it keeps reverting back to one page – I have totally rebooted my PC and have also tried in on a laptop and have had a friend try it and the same thing happens. Help!! Any ideas please?
