Using Navigation block in element

Hi
I’m trying to create a new footer using elements to include a navigation around my site (similar to that shown in the kadence website). I have tried to create using the navigation block and custom menus, but for some reason the menu that is shown is the footer menu, even though the draft version shows the page lists that I want to display. I also created menus in wordpress and tried to import them but nothing changes. Can you help?
