Utilising the loop

Hello does Ascend premium utilise the loop.
I ask because I am using Ascend with TML plugin and on the login page when details are entered incorrectly there is no error notification displayed. Instead it seems to add it to the actual url: mydomain/login/?login=failed&wp-error=ERROR<%2Fstrong>%3A+The+password+you+entered+for+the+username+whomper<%2Fstrong>+is+incorrect.+<a+href%3D”https%3A%2F%2Fearthkin.org%2Flogin%2F%3Faction%3Dlostpassword”>Lost+your+password%3F<%2Fa>&pr-user-login=username
Looking at the support forums of TML, peeps with the same issue are asked if their theme supports the loop. If someone could shed some light on this and how to possibly fix it that would be great.
