Vertical Mobile Icon Menu?

Is there a way to make the icon menu display vertically on a mobile, essentially in one column? I have five icons set up, which look awesome on the desktop version; once the responsiveness kicks in, though, it appears as two icons in the top row, one in the middle row, and two on the bottom row. If I could get one icon per row (5 rows), it would look great on mobile too.
