Virtue Blog Grid template featured image size

Hi I am trying to find a way to increase the width of the featured images on the blog grid template. at the moment they appear to be set to max-width 364px, ideally I would like to set this to 550px this is the size of my generated medium size media, so is it also possible to use the medium size file for the preview
