Virtue dropdown menu format

Hello,
Two questions on a four column dropdown menu.
1. I don’t want to use all caps for the font, and I can’t work out where to change that.
2. I would like the order of the menu items to fill down the columns, not across them. Right now, the first four menu items are the top listing for each of the four columns.
