Virtue Info Box in Pagebuilder change hover colour

Hello,
I have some boxes i’ve set up for navigation in Pagebuilder but i’d like them to change colour on hover like they do on the homepage with the icon menu. I have tried various CSS combinations to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.
