Virtue Premium Buttons on Menu Icon Home Page Settings

Hello, I would like to know how I cant put a simple button inside of the Menu Icons on the Home Page Settings.
I know that all the path for each icon works as a button, but I miss somo call to action button.
I try different ways to put it using html code on it but doestn work.
