When I try to activate the Virtue toolkit I get an error. I’m not sure if this is a big problem or how to fix it. Please help.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare portfolio_post_init() (previously declared in /home3/luxepair/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/post-types.php:6) in /home3/luxepair/public_html/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/post-types.php on line 58
