Web page crashes after theme upload

Good morning,
Since version 4.1.9 of premium theme, when I upload the theme to any new version, the web just crash and stop working. So all the times that I tried to upload the theme, I just have to restore the entire web.
It doesn’t happen when I upload all the plugins, just with the premium theme.
Anyone has the same problem? Anyone can help me?
