I tried to update the plugins on my website because I wanted to add a plugin but it required the newest PHP. When I went to update the plugins my website crashed and now I have the following error
Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 7.2.0”. You are running 5.6.40. in /home/customer/www/saminamitha.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/kadence-blocks/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 25

I am wondering if you can help me to fix this or if you can tell me who can help me with this as I am not a designer or developer.

I can provide my wordpress login details as well
