White strip under slider – main page

Hi guys,
Firstly, thank you for everything that you do!
With respect to my issue, I have a white strip on my main page under the slider. I have disabled page content but I still cannot completely get rid of it. Is this possible remove? The site in question is jazzandcookies.com
