Why changes do not appear on live site?

Hi I try to change the background color of the sub-menu of a navigation element in the footer.
when changing this in the editor it takes desired background color(black)-kadencesup2.png
Though on the live site nothing happens.-kadencesup1.png
– all is updated
– activated and deactivated cache plug-in, purged when activated.
– cleared browser cache
How to approach this?
