woocommerce 2.3.3 and premium virtue update – problem with cart

I also have a problem with the woocommerce 2.3.3. and premium virtue update 2.9. When I place anything into the cart and then view cart it has two proceed to checkout buttons. The woocommerce update site says that “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files” and is listing these:

virtue_premium_v2_6_4/virtue_premium/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
virtue_premium_v2_6_4/virtue_premium/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
virtue_premium_v2_6_4/virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
virtue_premium_v2_6_4/virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2.0.3 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
virtue_premium_v2_6_4/virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-product/rating.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.2,
virtue_premium_v2_6_4/virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.2,
