I need to know how to add visual attributes to my product cart. My client is selling paintings and is offering 2 different framing options each which will have a description and image so the customer can choose whether they want Canvas wrap or Framed painting. How do I make this happen? Is there an add on that will do this or ??? Here is my website item so you can see my dilemna:

Secondly, on this page how do I remove the words NOT RATED from underneath the image title:
