Woocommerce border weight styling

Hi there, hope you can help me.

I’ve got 5 Woocommerce styling issues. I’ve searched for answers online but it’s above my head.

1. I need to thicken the border weight around all text boxes used by woocommerce, as they’re too hard to see on a white.
2. I need to remove the item quantity buttons (+/-) on the single product page while keeping the ability to change quantity in the quantity box.
3. Is there a way to add a products SKU# to the checkout page?
4. The highlighted text color for the product description tabs turn white. Can I custom color these?
5. The product description tabs are too low and cut off the tab text. Can this be fixed?
