WooCommerce is charging my customers twice or more depending upon how many items are ordered.
For example, for 1 item I am charged $3.50 to mail it first class from Wisconsin. It weighs 1.9 ounces according to the Post Office. I took it to the Post Office and mailed it.
The Post Office says that for 13 ounces or less it will still charge $3.50 for the package First Class. Above 13 ounces the rate is based on Priority plus weight.
Instead, WooCommerce is charging $7.00 to mail 2 items in the same package. In this case the total weight is 3.8 ounces which is 9.2 ounces less than 13 ounces.
For example, if you go to *Login to see link then Shop, then Key Fob, click on the Key Fob product, then ADD TO CART, then Proceed to Checkout, and after you enter the required information (you don’t need to enter credit card information) you will see by Shipping you will see First-Class Package Service: $3.50.
If before clicking on Place Order you instead navigate to the previous page and increase quantity to 2 and click update cart you will see First-Class Package Service: $7.00. Double the shipping price. Since the weight is less than 13 ounces the package shipping should still only cost $3.50.
Can you help me with this?
Thanks
