WooCommerce product import question

Hello Support Team!
My question is, if I use Ascend Premium Theme, and have installed woocomerce plugin, do I need other CSV import plugin to be installed?
Because now I tried to start the csv import on admin/Woocommerce Products/Import, and I got an error message on Chrome/Explorer/Firefox browsers, saying :
‘Error, too many redirects. Try deleting cookies’.
Is this the problem of WooCommerce, or the problem of the server where my webshop is?
