WooCommerce says it’s a theme problem not showing phone on new order emails

I got a response from Support at WooCommerce stating that The new order notification/email does indeed show phone number and email, but apparently the theme is conflicting with it or something.
This used to all be fine, but somewhere along the upgrade path, phone number and email address stop showing up on my WC emails. Please help!
The site is pabakery.com, BTW, but I seem to be experiencing this issue across the board on sites with virtue theme and WC that have been updated recently.
