Woocommerce services automated taxes no longer work.

Taxes used to work then updated woocommerce plugin using the standard process. Now no taxes are listed. At this link *Login to see link I did find this: woocommerce_tax_rate_locations table was missing

Jetpback is installed

Woocommerce Settings in Taxes tab:

Automated Taxes – Enable Automated Taxes
Prices Entered with tax – No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax
Calculate tax based on – will only allow Customer Shipping Address
Shipping tax class – standard
Rounding – blank
Additional tax classes – Reduced rate
Zero rate
Display prices in the shop – excluding tax
Display prices during cart and checkout – Excluding Tax NO OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE FOR THIS SETTING
Price display suffix – na
Display tax totals – as a single total

Any ideas?
