woocommerce update, outdated template files?

just updated to woocommerce 2.5.2, and I get this message: “Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”
My Virtue Premium theme is 3.4.5, so I’m not sure what I should update. Is there a new release coming?
