WP Lister, Woocommerce & a couple of other issues

I have a few problems. I have Virtue Premium theme and I am using WP Lister to sync ebay and woocommerce. I am having trouble with the images syncing across and get the current message: “Your listing is successful but there’s a problem with your Gallery picture. See details” Apparently my images are blocked? Every time I update or sync the site I have to go and upload images to ebay manually – its driving me nuts! My logo is not showing on ebay and now my sold items are not syncing properly either.

Also, I am getting a message in Woocommerce that my templates are not up to date – I don’t know how to fix this. My theme is not up to date because my service provider (also my tech guy) told me not to because I don’t have a child theme. He is unable to help because he is not familiar with this theme.
