Wrong thumbnail in Facebook

Hi!
When I share a post from my blog (*Login to see link in Facebook (*Login to see link it automatically uses an image from the blog. But it is always an image from the last post from the blog, and not from that post that I’m sharing! It makes these sharings repetitive with the same image, and always with the wrong image.
Maybe it happens when Facebook compresses the URL. For example, I synchronize twitter with Facebook, and from twitter the URL for *Login to see link is *Login to see link When it reaches Facebook, it always uses the image from the last post of the blog: *Login to see link instead of an image from the post that I wanted. But I rarely post things on twitter, so it doesn’t explain every case.
I didn’t find a solution for this. Do you know if it can be simply solved?
