Please allow to select the post/page featured image too

Right now the testimonial block always uses the full version of any image selected. I'd like to be able to choose from one of the cropped sizes, both for page load speed and because when the image is displayed as a circle, I want to use the square-cropped version so people's heads don't get cut…

I would like to have an option to make a logo (image) look like a button. If that is not possible I would like to make an image have hover options, so that it can act like a button.

Currently, author custom fields cannot be selected as a source for the dynamic gallery (Gallery (Adv) block). It would be great if that can be added.
