Manually Set "Last Updated" Meta
I have my travel blog set up to show the "Published On" date and also the "Last Updated" date. In general I like this because it's honest – it tells my reader if it's an old post, but also lets them know the post isn't abandoned. However, the "last updated" meta will update the date even if all I did was fix a broken link or do something really minor, which might be misleading to readers who think it means I updated the whole entire post with the latest hotel prices etc. I try to keep old posts updated as much as possible, but not as often as the meta would suggest.
I don't know if it's even possible but I'd love if the "Updated" date could be manually set by me, so that I can tell the post when to change that date, instead of it being automatic. Or, if that's not possible, maybe a trigger could be set, like the date will only update when I've edited the paragraph text (and not when I've edited an image block or a post grid carousel), or something?
