Reset Customizer Settings
Astra has a “Reset Customizer Settings” option which can be enabled and disabled. I like using this sometimes when I am using a test site and just want to start from square one. Otherwise, I have to blow away WordPress and perform a fresh install.
It is a separate plugin for Astra and can be deactivated/uninstalled after settings have been reset.

This is the plug-in from Astra I am referring to – https://wordpress.org/plugins/reset-astra-customizer/
Kadence includes reset, export and import features in the customizer when you have our starter templates plugin installed.
While it’s not ideal that these simple features have to be in another plugin WordPress.org does not allow any theme to include these features and be hosted on .org
So install/activate Kadence Starter Templates and you will have reset, export and import options in the customizer.
