Hello Costa,
Where on your site can I find this? I’m not seeing any blank columns on the home page.
Have you tried a boxed layout in Theme Options> Main Settings? This would set the page content to have a margin on the sides, as well as force the footer and header to line up with the content. This would also eliminate the need for adding the empty page builder columns.
Try that and let me know if that works for you. if not, please show me where this configuration is on your site and I’ll try some CSS.

Hey Kevin,
Firstly, can you please post a link to your site so that I can see how it’s currently configured?
Secondly, be sure that you’re either selecting a group that exists on your site, or leave the category blank in the shortcode, like this:
[staff_posts orderby=date items=4 columns=4 height=200]Does that work for you? if not, please post a link so that I can see how your site is currently configured.

Hi Kevin,
Any page content will show before your staff posts by default. A workaround would be to use a default page template and add your staff posts via shortcode like this:[staff_posts orderby=date items=4 columns=4 height=200 group=developers]You can paste that into a text widget then add any other content below it. Would that work for you?Hannah

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Problem in mobile version
Hello,
The website: *Login to see link
The section with the 3 icons right below the slider (starting with $ Muito + Econômico) is made with a page builder line and three columns on it. The problem is that if you look at it in a mobile device (at least android), it is not breaking the columns, it just shrinking the three colmuns. It was not like that before the last updates.
Do you know what is wrong? I hope my explain was clear.

Hi Costa,
You can create a single column in the footer by using css. Just set the number of columns to 2 from theme options > footer and add your widget to the first columns from Appearance > Widgets. Then add this to your custom css box:.col-md-6.col-sm-6.footercol1 { width: 100%; }Hope that helps!

In forum: Ascend ThemeThank you, Kevin:
1) No empty row or widget. However, the first row contains just one widget – Site Origin Editor – and in it is the shortcode to place the Revolution Slider. Is there a better way to do that? I can’t put it in the next row, because that one contains three columns. I want the slider to go full width, whereas I’m using the three-column row to contain the content with more space on either side.
2) That did the trick!
In forum: Virtue ThemeAugust 29, 2017 at 10:03 am #156854Hey,
You shouldn’t create two designs just one that is “responsive” so that as the screen resizes the designs columns break down to rows but is still going to look good.Inside pagebuilder you can set padding for desktop and padding for mobile as an example. You can add tweaks for mobile but in general, you want to be designed with all screen sizes in mind.

Hi Hannah,
Take a look at the homepage for http://www.eclipseaudio.com.au. Start with the browser, on PC or Mac, fairly wide and you’ll see 4 columns containing logos. Now slowly make the browser narrower. At some point the 4 cells in the columns will stack into 4 column (ready for presentation on mobile). I’m asking for the change to occur in two steps. When browser gets a little narrower, stack into 2 over 2, then when narrower still, stack into a single column (ready for mobile).
As an example, take a look at the footer on https://www.alibre.com/interoperability/. It’s starts 4 columns wide, then jumps to 2, then jumps to 1, as the browser window is narrower.
Thanks,
MichaelIn forum: Ascend ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Feature request re Columns
Hi Kadence,
Currently when using 4 columns and shrinking the browser width, the columns switch from 4 to 1 and all the objects get stacked vertically.
Could you please change the behaviour to switch first from 4 to 2 columns (and stack pairs vertically), then to one column, as the browser width is reduced? This would look nicer.
When the content in each column isn’t very wide, at the point where the template switches from from 4 to 1 column, there is a lot of blank space in each column cell.
Thanks,

Ok,
I figured out to get it into basically what I was looking for. The footer doesn’t look clean like this example : https://worldofharry.com Is there any way to achieve a more uniform look like this, specifically how the 3 columns look. Thanks

Hannah,
Perfect, that was exactly what I couldn’t find, thanks for that. I have created almost all of what in wanted in the footer, but now I want the break up the items into 3 columns horizontally. The way they are configured is vertical. Is there a setting to use for this. bigtimefidgettoys.com
Thanks,

In forum: Virtue ThemeAugust 28, 2017 at 3:04 pm #156738Hey Mark,
You are the one in control. You can design it however you want. If you want columns in mobile you can choose to do that in your pagebuilder row settings. It’s all about what you want. If you don’t like something then you are the one that gets to control and change things. It’s your site and you get to style it.If there is something specific that you don’t know how to do and what help we can offer suggestions but you have to be specific we can’t design your site for you.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
Can you help with my homepage slider? I want the client’s crest to appear on the left and the slide show to occupy the remaining two-thirds. I can do this with columns, but that appears as page content rather than header. Is there a way to show the display I want above the content as a header? Link and login to follow.
Many thanks,

Ok I have the plugin installed. I have some questions.
I have the basic look I was going for here:https://bigtimefidgettoys.com/index.php/product/big-time-metal-fidget-spinner-red/1. How do I add space between the columns on the right?
2. How do I add the star ratings of reviews below the title and make that a clickable link to the reviews?
3. I lost the Product photo style I had chose and some of the features the Woo extra plugin gave me. How do I utilize them?
Thanks for your help.
