When you do a forum search, I recommend adding the specific Kadence product name on your search string to further narrow down the search. For example, if you want to search for “grid spacing” on the Virtue forums, then try using the search string “grid spacing virtue theme” instead.

With regards to the Virtue theme docs, how did you arrive at that link? If I’m not mistaken, this is the link for the Virtue Portfolio Grid page: https://docs.kadencewp.com/virtue-premium/templates/portfolio-page-template/. Did you find that from a Virtue guide?

Additionally, if you use the Pro version of the Kadence theme, you can use elements to add your element before the content of a blog page.

Hi Julian,

I updated the Kadence Blocks Pro plugin to the latest version, purged the site cache, deactivated the plugins temporarily, reactivated them, checked the page you used on your recording, and the issue is no longer happening. Here’s a screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/lludWL7n

I also checked other pages but the issue seems resolved. Can you check on your end if the issue still happens?

Thanks for the links, I was able to see the issue.

Can you try going to Customizer > Post Pages/Layout > {Your Custom post type} Archive Layout > and set the Content Style to Unboxed?

Additionally, I’ve been having fits trying to figure out how to simply clone the default template and save it with minor tweaks, but any template created is treated as its own thing with no header or footer. I’ve been able to get by with templates for the content body or sections, but it’s not how my brain works normally.

If I go to the https://mypetaid.com/homepage/ page, it redirects to https://mypetaid.com/ so I cannot compare the colors of the pages. On the other hand, there are multiple options for the Site Background and Content Background:

• Global or the default colors can be set if you go to Customizer > Colors & Fonts > Colors – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jru8EBNp
• For normal pages, there should be options to override the colors from the general settings. Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Page Layout > Design tab. If you want to reset those colors and follow the global ones, click the reset icons on their left side – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4uDN4JL.
• For archive pages, go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Archive Layout. Same with the above, if you want all of them to follow the general colors, click the reset icons.

I hope this helps you with fixing the background colors. If it did not work, please send us the correct page URLs so we can better compare and inspect their styles.

“Since these two links are quite important – it would be nice to have them as options to put inside the Forum Title in the customizer.”

Currently, I do not know of a way to move the subscribe and favorite links inside the “Above Title” section. They always show inside the content area – https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQujAm9Y.

For now, if you want those links to show, you can add this in Customizer > Aditional CSS:

#bbpress-forums #favorite-toggle, 
#bbpress-forums #subscription-toggle, 
#bbpress-forums div.bbp-topic-tags,

	display: block;
}

On the other hand, you can also log it as a feature request on this page. Please note that we cannot give an estimated date for when this will be added. The developers consider certain factors before implementing new ones.

Hi there,

I have a page with nothing on it except a Row block with 3 columns. Each column has an image block in it. Since there are five images, two of them have to go below the other two, like this:

A B C
D E

When it collapses on mobile I want it to maintain the order, so it looks like this:

A
B
C
D
E

But instead, it’s going:

A
D
B
E
C

I tried both the “left to right” collapse order and the “right to left” collapse order but neither of them work because the problem isn’t left/right, it’s up/down. Is there a way to fix this?

I tried just doing two separate row blocks instead. Top row has ABC, separate row below it has DE. But for some reason none of the images are lining up when I do this, image D wants to ride the border of the page instead of sitting directly below image A, like this:

Even though all of the settings are exactly the same for both rows and the images are the same size. So I’d rather keep one row block so they’re all properly lined up, and figure out the collapse order issue.

In the screenshot attached you can see why they need to be in this order, they are chronologically dated. My website is TheDetourEffect.com and the page is password protected.

You can adjust the min height value for desktop, tablet, and mobile under the Structure Settings, as shown in the video.

If we set a background for the breadcrumbs, it will still get overlayed by the header with transparent header enabled.

I’d suggest adjusting the single product page’s content top margin so that any header elements won’t cover the breadcrumbs.

You can use the below custom CSS and adjust it to how much margin you’d need according to your header’s height:

.single-product.transparent-header .content-area{
    margin-top: 8rem
}

Does that work for you?

There’s no setting to change the login redirect page built into WordPress. If you want to send your users somewhere else, you’ll have to use a third-party plugin.

Any news about lazyload on Advanced Gallery Block?

1) How do we search the forum using the search field, and target a specific forum?

I’ve got a mad issue, using Elementor and Kadence thème.

When i create a simple X-columns layout, with image/title/text, the title of the first column always get a margin that create a gap.

I don’t have any customisation, any CSS or anything else. I’ve juste duplicated the columns (and started from blank page multiple times). The margin appear only in live rendering, never in Elementor. This is getting me mad !

Is it intended ? I guess no.
Can you help me solving this ?
